    Delete program
I wanted to download panda security to my computor but it would not let me because it said a non compatible program was running. It said it was Norton antivirus. It said to delete it. When I tried it said: "Cannot delete Isres.loc access is denied. Make sure disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use. I don't know much about computors, I need help.

Software should generally be uninstalled, as opposed to simply deleting it from the hard drive, and particularly software such as antivirus programs as they hook themselves deeply into the operating system. Deleting a program's folder will not undo all the changes that were made when the program was installed. Try uninstalling Norton from the Windows Control Panel Add-Remove Programs applet. You may need to be logged into the computer with an account that has Administrative rights.
