    I have been with my partner for 4 years and married for 1 I just want 2 know if its at all possible he can adopted my 2 daughters they already use his name and there bilojical dad not been seen or heard from for the 4 years he as been to cort for atempted rape as well

    It will have to be taken to court at some point. A legal adoption is not a "quiet or simple" procedure and the kids are fairly instrumental in the whole process.

    Yes, its possible. You will need to retain a lawyer and seek a step parent adoption. The father will be asked to voluntarily terminate his rights by the court. If he will, the adoption proceeds. If he does not, you will have to have him found unfit and that definitely means a court battle.

    Your daughters should know their biological history anyway.

    What difference does it make, really, whether their stepdad is biologically related or just loves them because he chooses to?

    You need a lawyer, and you need to go through the courts for this to be legal.
