I need to know what are the column names

The columns are unadjusted trial balance, adjustments, adjusted trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.

Let me know how to prepare 10 column worksheet??

There are 5 main columns and each one is further divided in to 2 columns named Debit and Credit.
The 5 main columns are: -
1- unadjusted Trial Balance
2-adjustments.
3-adjusted Trial balance.
4-Income Statement.
5-Balance Sheet
