Leak from upstairs tub to down stairs

You piggybacked onto a 2 year old thread. Back of the tub drain should be a access panel. Open it up and tell me exactly what's leaking and where you see water. If you don't have a access panel then you'll have to open up the ceiling and check. Let me know what you find. tom
