I have air in my hot water side of my sink faucet in my third floor bathroom. How can I fix this?

You bleed the lines. Open hot water at the most distant fixture from your w/h and let it run for few minutes.

Milo told you how to bleed the air out of your system. I'm concerned with why there was air in the hot water line at all.

Pump or city water? Gas or electric water heater, ( my bet's on the gas ).
Water hotter then usual? Let me know, Tom
