Verify Voltage at the unit, could have a bad connection/burnt buss.

Also verify the voltage at the point of connection of fan wires when it has quit running probably where it connects to the contactor

The capacitor may be correct, but are you sure it hasn't failed? If it is a dual type, the compressor cell may be okay but the fan cell may have failed.

Ok I would like to thank everyone for their help I finally got my problem fixed. When I ordered the new motor I got a new capacitor it was the right capacitor for the fan motor but was not right for the compressor as it was a duel cap. Once I corrected that it’s been running great. I hope that this will help someone else that my be having the same problem “If it’s a duel cap make sure it’s correct for both fan and compressor “
