    Removing Tenant From Property
If I want to remove a tenant that has not paid rent in 2 months and coming up on the third month of nonpayment. This is in the State Of Georgia, Gwinett County?

Can I just give him a direct notice or letter from my attorney?

What is the law, how so I quote that law?

Where can I find the exact law? (as I have tried looking for it and I can not find a current law on this subhect.)

The law sections you want start at 44-7-50

    http://www.legis.ga.gov/legis/GaCode...r=7&section=50

They go on from there to at least 53. They describe that you have to do (get an order from a valid court), what the ternant can do in response, etc.

No a letter from your atty is not sufficient. And if you have an atty why aren't you asking them?
