Login on Laptop is not working
I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop and I am unable to use it now, because:
When I type the wrong password, it says that it is the wrong password, but, when I type the correct password it says that "it can not load my profile".
Why my profile can not be loaded?
What can I do to solve it without having to format my computer?

Your profile is probably corrupt. If you don't have another account name that you can log into, it's very difficult, if not impossible, to solve the problem without reinstalling Windows. If you have a Windows boot disk (not common in Dells), you can try to reinstall Windows using the "repair" option. That may or may not (probably won't) fix the problem, and I can't remember if it will give you an option of creating a new account (probably won't, again), but if it does, it can be fixed that way.

There are some shareware programs that claim to be able to recover Windows passwords. Here's an article that I read a long time ago that teaches you how to do it. There are some freeware password recovery tools that might or might not work. I used the item in the second link once. It worked, but it isn't trivial to use. You need to understand Windows a bit better than the average person does.
