I own a hair salon and the water does take about 2 minutes to flow warm,please help thank you very much

How many stations do you have? How far away is the water heater located?
As a rule the cool water setting in the hot water main has to be run out before it draws out of the water heater. A recirculating system would make your problem go away. Talkto your plumber about it. Good luck, Tom
