Andy, has any doctor checked your testosterone, FSH and thyroid levels. If any of these levels are off it will affect your libido. ED drugs are not enough if your testosterone level has bottomed out.

Hi yes I've been on testosterone gell now for over a year and my levels are around normal, I have been verry ill with something called lupus over the last three years and am taking a lot of medication wich could be hindering me, from what I've been told if the injections don't work I will have to resort to surgery.

It may be a long shot but try some gym supplements. I had a testicular cyst which gave me super bad depression, no sex drive at all and weight loss to 10st (im now 12).
