    Can this mean a miscarriage
Hello, I received a surprise of my period 10 days earlier than usual, but I have been experiencing a lot of pain along with it and blood clots/diarrhea, the pain is sharp and constant its not really like cramps, could this be a miscarriage? When I cough or laugh it hurts as well, real bad.

You didn't give your age, but I don't think so. You might just have some disfuntional bleeding and all they do for that is ad&c, and that's no biggie. Sorry can't help you.

d&c is a drainage or something? I am about to be 21 in 2 months.

D&C is when the doctor cleans our your uterus. Like you would in a period, but he does a better job. Same day surgery. Truly this is nothing to be afraid of. Maybe he won't have to anyway. I'm NO doctor.

It could be... many women will have an early miscarriage, not even realizing they were pregnant. Usually it is just considered another period. Could be an off period due to hormone changes, could be bleeding from other reasons... cyst, polyps, etc.. If it continues, check with your doctor.

If it was a miscarriage and I don't get checked for it, can it cause any damage to me?

It can if it is not a complete miscarriage. You really should get checked out.
