Where do I stand in a legal matter at this point?
I have been divorced since Aug 2006, my daughter was barely two the last time she saw her daddy. She is now five and we have not received no child support a visit or phone call. I was just getting ready to see a lawyer about terminating his parental rights and he calls today. I told no he could not get her this weekend thought right now I did not think it was a good idea. First time in years I have spoke to him. Do I still have a good chance legally to have his rights terminated?:mad::mad::eek::(:(

You have almost no chance of getting his rights terminated.

In your divorce was child support and visitation ordered?
