We are talking just the excess after installation I assume. I hope you got your seams done right because they are difficulty to repair. Grout on the glazed tile will not wash off easily so first try a plastic scrapper with a blunt leading edge, try to pop the grout off. Do not start using a sharp steel edge like a drywall knife or razor just yet.
