    Shaking monitor
    OK guys I've tried evey were on the web for some answers, the problem is my monitor just won't stop shaking! I've had it in the same place for the last 2 years no new hardwere wires or anything has been moved about there is no electrical interference and it was fine last night I turned it on this morning and its shaking like mad, please is there anyway to fix this problem with out buying a new monitor?

    I assume you mean that the image on the monitor is oscillating. This implies a failure in one of the internal circuits. More than likely, there is a 60 Hz signal superimposed on the horizontal or vertical oscillator circuits.

    It can be fixed if you can find a technician who will work on it. More than likely it is a filter capacitor that has failed.

    thanks for the help I fixed it ^^ changed my signal from 60hz to higher and worked fine after a good punch of rage ^^

    also I'm using one of them old school hard glassones
