    I don't know what your question is, but your not likely to succeed. 90% of the time they run away without paying and can't be traced, or they offer a small some of money which is settled for since you know you won't get anything else. Because the courts take so long the small offer is usually taken bcause of legal costs, and you would benefit from having a different tenant in asap
