I have an older riding lawn mower that needs to be rewired. How do I go about this process?

Can you give me simple instructions to start the mower by the following: battery to switch to starter?
Can we make it that simple?

Hears the basics for lawn mower ingnation swich.

B= Battery
M=Magneto
G=Ground
A=Aux.
S=Start
Might have some hits and miss here so many ways to wire.
