    Wanting to loose 2 stone
    I'm currently 10 stone and 5ft1,apparently I should be 8 stone,but I was wondering how to go about it because no weight seems to lift off me at all.And I was also wondering how to make my arms and thighs thinner without turning them into muscle :/ any advice please ?
