Vicodin? 2-4 weeks, depending on any number of factors.

Bull. Take fluid pills (over the counter) and Niacin, and a liver detox pill (all over the counter) and you'll be clean in 2- 3 days.

Sorry there is no quick fix, or wonder pill that takes and cleans it out of your body.

Then again, if you are worried about passing a drug test, you have bigger problems than how long it takes and you should probably seek counseling or other treatment.

I have always known it to get out of your system in 3 days and that's without any over the counter help. Just water. Believe me I know this:)

But again, if you know this because you have to beat a drug test, you have bigger problems than needing to know how.

And FYI - just because you passed drug tests didn't mean your system was clean. I very well could have meant that they didn't test for what you took. Tests cost money. Vicodin is pretty low on the scale of drugs of abuse. Its entirely possible that you just weren't tested for that particular drug those times you should have come up hot.
