Hi,

I was working in Qatar for morethan 2-1/2 years, in a Contracting & Trading Company, as a Draughtsman. I resigned in November 2008 and came back to India.

Can anyone help me to know how many years ban is applied on me? Can I go after finishing six months?

If your company gave you a NOC (No Objection Certificate), then you can come back to Qatar anytime you want. But if no NOC was given, then you can't come back to Qatar within 2 years from the time your visa was cancelled.

I am a canadian... if i get a ban for two years... can i still enter qatar on visit visa... since for canadians, we can get the visit visa on arrival to doha air port...
Also, i would like to know, since this type of visa is extendable for maximum of three months in one time, Can i exit and re-enter back to doha at the same time...
And also, can i keep this practise for as long as the ban is there... that is for two years...
