    Wrongful termination, defimation
Terminated for not protecting company assets. 3 days later supervisor calls and said another employee admitted to taking the deposit and said she has e-mailed human resources of wrongful termination and offered me my job back. My question is should I be
Reinstated and record cleared of incident

You said they are re-instating you. Discuss clearing your record as well. Although if you are re-instated that would be automatic, not ?

Sounds to me like your record HAS been cleared which is why they are offering reinstatement.

You could ask for lost pay, but they may withdraw the offer.
