Can you tell me if I have any rights to apply for legal guardianship or custody of any kind of my niece and nephew who are 2 and 1 who I have had fulltime for the past 9 months

Hi there I am new to this site so I don't know if I am writing in the right place sorry if I'm not.. First thing I am not an expert of any kind,I do have some knowledge regarding the question.so my answer would be you need to get in touch with a solicitor if you haven't already done so.if you have had the children in your care for 9 months with no intervention from the children's parents and depending on the reason you have cared for them for so long then you have a good chance of getting legal guardianship of both children.I hope I have helped you in some way.

Can you explain the circumstances that these two came to be in your care. That will go a long way to helping us answer you.
