I own a commercial lot that's about 1.5 acres and I have been approached by a from a Builder Contacting Company asking if they could set their trailer on my land so that they can start to build on the lot next to me. I want to know what's a reasonable amount to charge this contacting company to set their trailer up on my property for a long period while they start construction on the lot next to mine. Also, what do I need to be mindful of when engaging in something like this.
