Mancesa flush lever different than standard levers
I purchased a mancesa toilet 4 years ago my lever broke and I am having as hard time locating another lever. The little square piece that fits in to the poceloan tank are to small my old lever had 2 small traingle on the edge of the 4 edges of the lever insert. It is hard to exsplain but there is movement in the standard lever that you by at the hardware stores, They are not tight when you insert then into the tank. While the mancesa lever with the small triangle tighten up as you put the nut on the lever.

barnwell53, you have probably already resolved this problem, but for future answer-seekers: I tried the Mancesa website myself. The company is based in Colombia (South America); their website is in Spanish until you click the "English" button. Then I found that Mancesa is a brand name of the Corona company, also in Colombia. The American reseller for Corona is Mansfield Plumbing www.mansfieldplumbing.com. I would go to their website and click on the "dealer locator" button.
