    Texas evictions no lease
I live in Texas and need to evict a person. The Person moved in to take care of a sick person and was given their own room. The person they moved in to take care of has passed away. They never signed a lease and the person does not pay rent nor bills. What do I need to do to evict her. I own the house. Can I give her notice to move under the no cause law and give her 30 days to move.

I thought in Texas you just shot them and threw them in a well, maybe too many westerns.

But easiet wasy is a 30 day notice to move and then evict if they don't.

You also can give them notice of the new rental amount and that they will have to sign a lease
If you are OK renting to them.
