1.) If your 16 in the state of MN what is the penalty for running away?

2.) Say just for example I like ran away right now would there be and penalty for me if I went back home at the age of 18?

You would be reported as a run away, the police would have a pick up order for your ( sort of like a warrant) when they get you, they return you home. Then Juv court will decide if your parents can handle you or if you need to be put into Juv detention for a period.

If a adult is helping you, they may be charged for varoius crimes
