I was expecting my period at about this time, but instead Ive gotten very light spotting. I took pregnancy tests that all came out negative. Its been a couple days and nothing but spotting. I put in a tampon, but when I took it out it was blood-free. What gives? Should I be concerned?

Still no period and now I have a sharp pain in my left side. What's going on?

OP, sometimes women have an off month. You could just be late this month, or you could be pregnant and it's too early for the test to detect the hormones.

If you're concerned then see your doctor.
