    Grinding noise turning right
I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand AM and yesterday I started hearing a grinding noise when I make a right hand turn. Any thoughts?

Yes, you have a bad CV(constant velocity) joint. It will need to be replaced very soon.

Besides a bad CV joint, it could also be a bad wheel bearing/hub. They frequently need to be replaced every 100,000 miles. Right turns should make the left wheel bearing groan; left turns should make the right wheel bearing groan.
