Can Plastic PVC piping cement be loosened and re-sealed?
Is there a product that can loosen Plastic PVC piping cement? I have a plumbing pipe with little room to cut and reseal.

When PVC fittings are primed and cemented properly they just aren't "glued" together. The cement welds the two fittings together. In fact the two become one and the only way to separate them is to cut them apart.
If I were doing this I would make my cut and if I couldn't get a coupling to fit in the small space I would join the two pieces with a shielded coupling,(see image). Good luck, Tom
