    Lawn mower
I have a fairly new less than one year old Troy Built HP 6.5 electric self propelled mower I bought at Lowe's. I put too much oil in it and it started to smoke so I immediately shut it off called Lowe's and was told to empty out the oil and I did. Now I can't get get the rope to pull and I don't know where the charger is to it. What can I do. I called the company and was told the warranty would not cover it if I put too much oil in it. Should I keep trying to pull the rope? Will I hurt the motor? Thanks so much for your help. C

OK, if I hope I'm reading wrong. Do this:

    1. Make the oil level normal. Add wait (5-10 min). Check if dipstick.

    2. remove the spark plug.

    3. Spray carb cleaner in spark plug hole

    4. With rag over hole, pull rope a few times. Spary and repeat until muck is gone

    5. Get a new plug.

    6. Try starting the mower normally.
