I have a three year probation in Indiana. I got two point enhancements for pos't of trust, authority and one more. Is there a rule for the judges, or do they usually not terminate probation early with this? My p.o. said there might be, but he is not sure. Thank you.

If you got 3 years probation, did you also have a fine imposed? If you have successfully paid off your imposed fine and did at least 3/4 or more of your probation, you may be terminated early. It all depends upon the judge. Can't hurt to ask. Have your attorney put in a motion for early termination and see what the judge says. Anything is possible, but seeing as how you had added points due to position of trust, etc. I'm leaning toward it being declined.
