My friend has been on probation for 2 1/2 years with no trouble. In dec my friend got into and altercation with an ex. Someone called the police and my friend was arrested. The ex never pressed charges and sign an affidivant that charges where never press and my friend didn't start the altercation. My friend advise is po and she never violated him. He went to court 2x to have charges drop but because he didn't have attorney the misderminor case is pending. My friend was pulled over by cop and was arrested for violating his probation for this misderminor case that is pending. What is my friend chance of being reinstated for probation. The state picked up the misderminor case but has no witness?
