Dryer will run for hours - no problem. Then, with a new load, when button pushed, it will not run. It turns on, but when button released, it stops. Appears cause may be overheating. It will run 3-4 hours later.

Is this because it is overheating? What could cause of overheating be? Is it a part going bad? Could there be another problem?

Time to clean out all the lint around and in the motor. I use compressed air and a vac to do the job.
