Hey
I'm 19 I'm a college student
This last days I've been really sad
I don't why
I cry for no reason I don't know why
Usually I'm a smiley person happy I don't have any problems
But I don't know sometimes I feel alone fragile even though I'm a strong person
Every body relies on me
But this days I don't know I hate myself like that
I don't go out
I'm in a baaaaaaad mood
Not in the mood to do anything even watch movies ( I'm a huge fan of movies)
I don't why
Can you give me some answers

Have you tried to put effort into reaching your potential?
And How should I do it?
I'm not saying that you are... but, start by not being lazy. Seriously. I'm sure you didn't get to college without learning how to, at least, capitalize the first word of your sentences. Or did you?
What is going on in your life? Any BFs, GFs? Any issues with them, or other friends or family? How are your grades? Are you in any clubs? Do you have a job? What else do you do other than watch movies?Quote:

Ideas pour in at an inredable rate and mental associations occur so that speech can be full of jokes, plays on words, and amusing irrelevancies.
Missinterpretation of events and comments.
Racing thoughts, jumpping from topic to topic.
Strange ideas, about being persecuted or controlled.
Excessive energy
Decreased sleep
A heightening of all the senses.
Prompting telephone calls to friends at all hourse of the night to discuss plans.
Over spending, giving money away, shopping sprees.
Head strong, targeting the self-esteem of others, alienating famile members.
Angry and demanding.
Tell me what ones you expereince, I feel you may be wisest to go to a doctor, as for a referral to a counselor, better yet! If you are still in school then go ask the student counselors to evaluate you. Tell them what you are experiencing and they should know how you deal with it in an appropriate manner.

I don't have any problem with my Friends or Family
Apparently I'm normal
But those days I keep thinking what's wrong with
Cause I cry, and I'm becoming lazy , I don't talk to anyone except if they asked
I'm all the time sad maybe a few minutes of happiness but then I go back to my sadness
We don't have a conselor in my college
I spent this week end in my bedroom and I was really bored so I cried soooo much
Usually I'm not that kind of person I'm in controle
I don't cry that easily
I'm all the time tired
I can't even walk from my college to home ( I use to come home walking)
Like this morning in class I couldn't concentrate :s
And I don't eat anymore
Like today I just ate muffins and had some tea that's all
Yesterday too
I eat because I feel sick sometimes
Oh my god really I don't know what's going on
I'm not that kind of person

You don't seem lazy to me, as lazy people don't spend time typing and reading.
I'd tell you what it seems like but I don't want to taint it. SO I do advise you to go talk to a concelor, ask a teacher if they can help you out, a friend, family member, any one. On that, where are you from, where are you going to school?
Your behaviour is no doubt frustrating for you, don't be scared, and try to remember that no matter what happens you will get better again. You just have to figure this out, so go talk to a counselor, or any one who may help you OK.

I'm from morocco
I go to college
This year is my 2nd
Here in morocco we don't have that kind of things ( canselor in school... ) if something's going on we talk to parents, friends that's all no teacher no conselor
But right now I'm studying in another city and All my closest friends are away
I've got friends here too but not like my intimit friends from my hometown So I'm Feeling a bit alone
I'm just waiting for summer to go home or travel or do something different
I'm sick of the routine
I just want something new
Ah, that makes sense. I would suggest a doctor, but before you do that, try changing things up a bit if you can. Do one thing that you feel afraid of every day, but keep it safe, and away from self destruction. Find where you can change the routine, and spice it up a bit as best you can.Quote:

I'm ashamed to say that to my family that I cry and stuff
Because they won't take it seriously so instead of embarrassing myself I just keep it to me

There's no shame in looking after your mental health,its as important as your physical health.
Have you thought about talking to your gp,usually your gp is the first post of call and can suggest someone to talk to.
I cry again I can't stop
It's okay to cry, but maybe you need to talk to your family Doctor.
Noooo I don't know my family or someone close to know that it's not who I am I'm joyfull but now it seems I'm drowning in sadness
