Compressor not turning on, non fusable switch?
Our 1 year old Rheem is not turning on at all. Only the fan runs. My father suggested changing out the fuses but we have a non fusable pull out switch. Does anyone know if that every needs to be replaced?

That is the disconnect box. It provides an easy way to turn power off to the unit. They normally do not need to be replaced.

Have you checked to see that you are getting 24V at the contactor? If you are getting 24V check your capicator. If it is distorted it is bad. Also check for loose or broken connections
