How do I translate a trial balance of a company from local currency units to dollars?

Could you tell me which accounts such as cash, costs of goods sold, etc. get which exchange rates . Actually here is all the accounts . Pleasae help this is my last assignment of the semester.

Surrender value of life insurance Inter. Exp

P.P.E other exp.
Accum. Deprec Gain on sale of equip

Accrued interest pay.

capital stock
Paid in cap

You have to convert everything. And I don't know what you mean by "which exchange rates." Why would there be more than one? It's not like cash is in the UK and cost of goods sold is in Japan. The statements were done in a single currency and you have to convert the entire thing to dollars.
