    Does a pregnant, unmarried woman have to have permission from the father to move to another state? (pennsylvania to florida)?

    The short answer is no. But you may be forced back or have to give up the child if you don't wish to return. Think about that.

    Yes, the child's father will have rights to visits and/or even joint custody. So in court he can file that the child will have to live in the other state. Will he?? But can he, yes
