    Moving while idling
    When my car is idling in PARK it seems fine then when I put it DRIVE it moves forward about 8 KPH while it's still idling.Why is it doing this?

    Could we please have the make,model,miles,of the car .is it a standard or automatic transmission. If its moving when put into drive. The engine is idling to high.does the gas pedal move freely?

    The idle rpm is too high--reset to spec.
