If someone can help by letting me know the title of a late 80's to early 90's cartoon movie,about an ( I believe) purple alien with a longer neck, needs help on his home planet from a kid or couple kids, against a bad alien, which possibly is the aliens dad or uncle some kind of relation, which the bad one ware's a pirate or napolien hat. But in the begging the good one picks up the kid(s) in their backyard, which the kids are camping out in, or a tree house at night, and the house has woods on the backside of it. Also during the end credits, a ballad song is played with a woman singing and they show bits of the moive thank you so much if you can solve or help me twards this movie.
