Can I file bankrupsy without tax forms
I am in needing to file a bankruptsy and I have not filed tax returns for a few years as I claim exempt at work.

    Can I file for bankruptsy?

What do you mean you file exempt at work ? No one is exempt from paying taxes on income earned. You have a lot of catching up to do, and still have to catch up on tax returns before doing else.

Most of us pay taxes the honest way. I have one job where I am paid without deductions but still report it at income tax time and pay taxes on that earned amount.

There is no excuse for delaying taxes for many years. Eventually they will catch up with you.

You can file ( start the procedure) but you will have to provide the tax filings or proff you were not required to file and proof of those earnings.

What is the reason you are exempt ?
