The fan does not work on my outside unit...

May be a capasitor gone bad, or may be the fan motor its self

Fan not working,, OK,is the compressor working?

Hello, My a/c just went out. The outside pipes were frozen. I turned the unit off to defrost & turned the unit back on & it was working fine for a day. Then it happened again. The pipes were frozen outside so we turned the unit off. Tried it again the 3rd time & were heard the unit running on the inside but I did not see that the outside fan was turning. Any advice as to what could be wrong?
