    visa B1/b2
    If the officer consult refuse my visa application due to section 142 b because he know that my son has american passport while we in the states before two years we got visa b1/B2 before two years.

    What can I do for the next appointment have I mentioned that I my son has american passport?

    It's a denial under section 214(b) for inability to overcome immigrant intent. You need to show strong ties to your home country (current employment, house, real estate holdings, significant savings, realtives, high social position, etc.), that you have no intention to immigrate to the US and that you have sufficient funds to pay for your trip.

    Did you disclose your USC child on the DS-156? If you did not, that is a reason for the CONOFF to believe you are intending to immigrate. Good luck.

    Refused B1/b2 Visa due to section 214 B
    He refused my application DS 156 after I submitted for him my son american passport but he didn't check my supporting documents(salary certificae, bank statement, properties under my name, and my wife born and live in dubao from 30 years, I am working in dubai from 6 years) he give me paper due to section 214 b.

    Kindly note that we got B1/B2 visa before two years to viist my sister for 1 month and we come back to Dubai

    Did you advise me when I fill out DS 156 after 3 month for next appointment to click yes on the box 37 and write my son?

    The officer refused my visa because I submit for him my sone passport and he give me paper due to 214 b . He didn't check my passport or any other document I have enough document to give me avisa easly (properties, salary,. )

    Hi,

    US officer refused my visa b1/b2 due to 214 b after I told him that my son born in usa last trip to USA.

    He didn't check my supporting documents, I have enough documents shown that I will come back to my home(Salary certificate, bank statement, properties,. )

    Could you advise me what I have to do next interview next week.
