Central Electric EB15B electric furnace. The blower runs continuously. The heat and air cooling kick on and off by the thermostat setting but the blower keeps running. I was told to replace the sequencer but that did not work. Just wasted 50 bucks. :( Any suggestions on what else it could be?

Could be the tstat is set for fan instead of auto,, could be the wires to tstat are shorted, could be a bad tstat
50 bucks is a bit much for a 25-30 sequencer I would agree
