How do I fix a fan relay switch

What kind of relay switch, please be more specific

The name of fan, & model # if possible
What type of rely switch, pull chain, manual up\down switch, How many speeds does fan have?

Replace it. Take the old relay to a supply house and get one. It may be 10 or 15 dollars.
