I have been paying child support for 18 years. My Son is 18 years old May 1rst 2009. My son didn't complete school, he was taking out of high school. He moved in another area with his mom. He will be atin a night school twice a week until he completes 68 credits that he needs to obtain his diploma. Do I continue to give her the monthly child support payment regardless of him being 18? I do want to help out.

What exactly does your child support order say, May orders would have you paying if he is still taking high school classes and living at home with his mom.

In other orders it would stop at 18 since he is not in school full time.

So you have to get the order out and read it, or even have your attorney review it
