    Brake drag
When I apply the brakes on my 2003 chevy s10 it feels like they stay engaged. The rotors get very hot. I put new rotors and pads on the a few weeks ago, tried rebleeding, did not help. Front rotors and pads are about a year old. Calipers are original. NEED HELP!

You could have a sticking caliper. Disc brakes do get quite warm from all the constant contact with the brake pads. But if in doubt, for your own safety I would suggest that you have a qualified brake technician look at them.

. Completely change brake fluid, if you haven't already.

. Clean and lubricate caliper pins with silicone grease or Squeak Relief (silicone grease w/moly).

If the problem persists, you'll likely need to rebuild or replace the calipers.
