I was recently asked to provide a clean urine sample for someone to use in a drug test. I can't imagine this is legal, but what would happen if I were to get caught?

I presume you're going to be peeing in some receptical BEFORE the test, so I don't see how you could get caught, unless your friend snitches on you. But, if you did get caught, you could, depending on what the drug test is for, be charged with a crime.

Depends on who is requesting/demanding the test. Are we talking a test for employment, probation, NCAA football?

Its for the military, which is what concerns me.

Yeah - you WILL go to jail if you get caught. And so will your friend.

But if he can't stop using in order to get into the military he is going to be hard pressed to serve - they test. A lot.

And I am not sure how they do an entrance test - its been a long time - but when you get tested in service, there is someone standing there watching you.

If it's for the military, then by all means do not do this. Let the person take their own pee test and face the consequences.
