Please someone help us. We have a child that is 15 living with us he does not want to return back to moms house nor does he want to live with his bio father or family on that side. He has not seen nor heard anything from them in the past 13 years. Now that my husband and I had to file for support he wants him. You see the bio father is unable to care for the child so his sister would do it. Is there anything that we can do to help this child
