I am system admin. In a company, I like to know which network monitoring tools will be best for 150 user so that I can monitor network in a better way. And we also need a server monitoring software so that I can monitor my server also. Please help me to know the best tools.

Are you talking performance wise. If so what is wrong with Performace Tools for your servers. I know it's basic but what more are you needing?

As for the network monitoring the one at the link is good. The product below also monitors servers :)
