Immigration and not being able to prove a bona fide previous marriage
What can I do to win an immigration trial when the requirement is to prove a previous bona fide short term marriage when evidence of the same is not able to be obtained as
    Required by Immigration requirements?

If this is in the US it is easy, if you were legally married, there is a marriage license and a copy of it would be on file in the county where you got your marriage license.

So if you can't get it, then there was no legal marriage
