After I'v been on the internet for awhile it throws this out:

Svchost.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x0114f496" referenced memory at "0x0114f496". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

If I click on OK, it shuts down all my pages and disconnects me from the internet. If I try to log on again, it says Could not access phone book tool. If I just move the error to the side of my screen I can carry on on the internet. Its happening more frequently.

PLEASE HELP!!

It's difficult to say exactly what the problem is. Basically, something in Windows is corrupted.

I tried googling "svchost.exe 0x0114f496" and found nothing. If you Google "svchost.exe application error", you'll get a lot of hits. Try some of the fixes they suggest.

Let me google that for you

If worst comes to worst, you'll be reinstalling Windows.

Use a good antivirus
Don't use freewares
